Aircraft Electronic Enclosures

Triton Systems Inc. (Triton) Composite Electronics Enclosures offer a 22% weight reduction and improved EMI shielding effectiveness versus a comparable Aluminum enclosure.

The enclosures are made of durable composites and integrated EMI shielding materials. The integral manufacturing process results in an enclosure without joints, thereby improving shielding and structural strength. The enclosure exceeds 60/40 dB shielding effectiveness requirements and meets the U.S. Government’s FAR 25.852 (flammability) and FAR 25.561 (structural) specifications.

Triton’s rugged and flexible design provides significant pullout strength anywhere on the rack for attachments such as electronics, filters, cooling fans and connectors.

The outside dimensions of the enclosures are 42”H x 36”D x 22”W and can be readily modified to meet your specific application. The enclosure can also be “tuned” to meet a range of shielding effectiveness requirements and to balance strength with lighter weight, depending on your application.
